Guest guest
Hi and Welcome -- is your name ? There are two lower-points bagels that I'm familiar with, but you may find more answers from other people here. My favorite is Sara Lee's 2-ounce bagels (6 to a pack, total package weight 13 oz). Each bagel is 3 points. But also, Western Bagel makes an Alternative Bagel which is only 1 point and is a normal size. Here in southern CA the only place I can find them is Albertson's markets. But some people order them online. Unfortunately the shipping is costly. I don't see why you couldn't leave Smart Ones in your refrigerator for ONLY 2-3 days. I wouldn't risk it for any longer than that. And yes, 3 teaspoons equal a tablespoon. Four tsps to a quarter cup, 16 to a cup. My only no-cook meals consist of sandwiches, made either with fresh, low-point deli meats such as mesquite or panroasted turkey, or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I'm sure you'll get a wide variety of responses on this question though! Again, welcome to this nice group. Best of luck on your WW journey!
