Guest guest
Well done Tory! And I thought I did some serious working out. I'm impressed! Good luck in that triathlon! ....and here is your AIEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from me Teres Didja move and groove today? Whew! I just got back from a heckuva workout. I think I might start eating some of my activity points when I earn more than 8 in a day. Anyhow, I have my first triathlon coming up in less than two weeks, I realized in a fit of panic this morning. Can we get a " AIEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!????? " Yeah... gulp So today I did my aerobics this morning (60 min) then biked to work (20 min, 4.5 miles) After school I biked to the Casino (no, not to gamble, it is a great place to bike and run) and biked 12 miles then hopped off the bike and ran 3.1 miles, then biked home 3 miles. I'm pooped, but I got a good workout in and enjoyed the sun. AND, my wonderful husband met me there and while I ran he biked behind me. I was so tired on the run that I didn't feel like conversing so he just biked along in silence while I ran. Plus he doesn't get mad at me when I leave him in my dust. He's a good guy. I feel like I should find a place that makes medals and seriously get one to give him when I do the triathlon as a thank you for his support. ~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~' Tory Klementsen, MCP A+ Career and Technology Educator www.teechur.com www.msteechur.com -The successful person will do the things that the unsuccessful person will not. Guest guest
Tory that medal idea is really nice.. My SIL got me one when I reached goal. It says " we are so proud of you " ... and shows a woman standing with her arms flung in the air, looking so proud... I love it. I was so surprised when I opened the box to see it.. When I was still losing weight, one day she came in with a gift and when I opened it...there was a spoon with a hole in the center, and the note said, " keep up the good work " .. It was quite funny.. These little gestures always mean so much...Kallie -------------------------------------------------------------------- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " Tory Klementsen " <msteechur@e...> wrote: AND, my wonderful husband met me there and while I ran he > biked behind me.
