Guest guest
This isn't spam. This is a carefully done website with facts and figures and scientific research which poses questions about low carbing. The person who posted about it here is apparently the doc who did the website (he's an MD, GP). And he might have posted here because, due to the flexibility of points, we can low carb on WW if we wish to. The website also details some of the problems with Atkins spin offs like the SouthBeach diet. This doc is trying to disseminate good information and IS NOT selling anything. I think that type of person should be encouraged. I'm really glad I found his message. I plan to link the site to my health site. Guest guest
I've actually seen his post on a number of mailing lists recently, so it is spam...even if it's good spam.
