This isn't spam. This is a carefully done website with facts and

figures and scientific research which poses questions about low

carbing. The person who posted about it here is apparently the doc

who did the website (he's an MD, GP). And he might have posted here

because, due to the flexibility of points, we can low carb on WW if

we wish to. The website also details some of the problems with

Atkins spin offs like the SouthBeach diet. This doc is trying to

disseminate good information and IS NOT selling anything. I think

that type of person should be encouraged. I'm really glad I found

his message. I plan to link the site to my health site.

I've actually seen his post on a number of mailing lists recently, so it is

spam...even if it's good spam. (Low fat, high fiber spam...)
