Hi Alice,

Thanks for you concern things are better today though 's arm is still

sore there seems to be a little bump some swelling and redness. He had one more

bag to run the nurse would have come in today and start another IV and he said

NO I think he has had enough. The last time he had this he was on an antibiotic

and he did feel better I think he gets concerned because he also has a slight

IGG defiency and with the mito he knows he is a greater risk for infection. I

could not get anyone to call in an antibiotic again thanks for thinking of us.

Hi Donna,

I have been reading about 's arm being sore with some swelling and

redness. I am sorry he is going thru this. I hope he feel better soon.

What I can't believe is that you can't get anyone to call in an antibiotic for

him. Why is this? I understand that he has Mito and a slight IGG defiency, but

if he has an infection than he needs an abx. Are his doctors refusing to call in

the antibiotic b/c they want to see him first, or is there another reason.

I feel so bad for him to be sick and not able to get anything to help him. I

would be screaming from the Roof Tops if I was getting the run around. Maybe you

should take him to the ER, they can then evaluate his arm and then give him

antibiotics.

Hoping that tomorrow he feels better.

Hugs,

Ann-Marie

Hi Ann-Marie and everyone,

I again just wanted to thank you all for ypur kind words and concern for

. I think he is feeling better and I am glad today his his birthday he

is 19 and I honestly can not tell you where these 19 years have gone. It really

does seem like yesterday that he was a baby. You have all been such a great

support for me. It is nice to know that anytime I need someone to vent to or

need support and prayers I know where to come again thanks to all.
