Guest guest Posted September 30, 2004 Report Share Posted September 30, 2004 , I haven't looked at the case histories of primary coenzyme Q 10 deficiency enough to know exactly how much activity is impaired in complex I, II and III in these patients. It seems likely that some effect would be seen in complex I, yes, but I'm just guessing.
