Hi Kallie; Many thanks for your good wishes. I am not as achy as I thought I

would be today, after the great trip to the park, and I am very thankful. It

seems that since I joined WW, and watch what I eat, my arthritis is not as bad.

I think, for me, the secret is to keep moving, also. Thanks again. It was good

to hear from you. Pat

Wow Pat, no wonder your bragging. You sound like such a fun couple!!

I sure hope that I am that active when I get there.. I have really

enjoyed reading your post.. My very best wishes to you on the
