I went out on a date yesterday, we went to a chinese restaurant I

like and then to a movie. I had sushi, which doesnt have much fat,

and even tho it had a lot of carbs (polished white rice) we walked

after to a bookstore so my sugars were kept down. I stayed op mostly

by eating lightly the other two meals, althou i kept my points lower

this week a bit. I lost a lb, good for me.

Oh, and he mentioned taking me to qdoba, too, so i will be checking

out points for that place.. anybody been there? what did you like?

Congratulations Christi!! I have nerver heard of qdoba, but be a US

one is it...sounds like a hard place to stay OP as well...We have one

called Deluxe, and there is absolutely nothing that I find OP.. not

even a salad of any kind on the menu..and when I have to take my MIL

to an appt or something that is where she wants to go eat... so I

always carry a frosted flake bar in my purse and have that with a

coffee..sometime I have 2 bars.. I have searched the menu over and

over, but I find that everything is just too many points to please

me..so why bother....Kallie

Hi Christie, You can eat right at QDoba if you wnat to. They do ahve a website

with niutritional info, so just plan ahead. I always get no shell and that

helps out on points alot and of course, load up on the " free " stuff, like

lettuce, salsa and such!!

Have fun on your next date.
