Guest guest
I don't care for the WW bars personally. About the only ones I like are the mint ones which they keep taking away. Doesn't matter though because I found the Quaker Cookies & Milk granola bars and they are 2 points and they have a mint chocolate cookie that is great! You can get them in big boxes at Costco. I also like the Slim Fast candy bars and though they are small they just taste more like real candy to me. They are 3 points each though. Hershey now has Carmel Kisses and they are 2 for 1 point. They are great if you can keep from eating the whole bag. I just wish they were available at the grocery store instead of just at meetings. I'm trying to do WW on my own right now. Mainly because my new job pays $16000 less a year than what I had been making. (Which was about $8000 less than the job before THAT. So I'm making $24000 less a year than I was in 2001.) BUT.. the new job is 40 miles less driving a day and 100% employer paid insurance. (And I only pay $100 a month total in household expenses for a huge three bedroom farm house with two full bathrooms and a two car garage - with mowing and snow removal included.) LOL I'm considering this job as a stepping stone at the moment... because if/when and I get married, I'm sure I'll be moving to the Fargo/Moorhead area and will be getting a job there. I could have found a decent paying technical writer job if I was willing to move to Minneapolis or some other big city... but I wasn't. in MN
Guest guest
Thanks for the information about the Quaker bars Kris. I am going to look for these the next time I go to a store.
