As to headaches I have had them since I was 9 years old I'm now 40, when

all my boys were born I nursed each of them even the twins, well to keep up with

the milk demand I had to drink a lot of water, one thing I noticed all the

while I nursed them was my headaches diminished a lot. I also notice this when I

give blood I really slam the water the day before the day of and the day

after and no headache. I use to give blood and boy did it knock me down so I

turned to the water theory and hey it seems to work. Now my headaches are by NO

means gone but the water seems to help.

Very interesting. I did not know that dehydration could cause

chronic intercranial hypotension, which in turn could cause

headaches. I have printed to save. Thks so much for posting all

these tidbits from the conference, . Almost as good as being

there!
