No exercise...lots of water I live in a hot country.

I know...and I have osteopenia but I allow myself the one coke a day...is 7 UP bad for you too? I live in Honduras so I can't get Fruit 2o but I will check it out when I go up to my parents next month. I have lots of goodies to check out!

That sounds like a nice, well planned, menu. Just be careful with the soda. As women we need at least 1200 mg. of calcium per day. When you drink a carbonated soft drink, you will need even more calcium. I find that I LOVE the Fruit2o water! Lots of flavor and no calories! And..it's WATER! :-)
