Guest guest
Hi, all: This week I stayed exactly the same. I ate completely within my points, so maybe that dreaded plateau has finally caught up with me. *shrugs* I'm just going to keep on doing what I'm doing. My birthday was Sunday (D-Day). I planned for it all week. Every day, I exercised for at least 40 minutes so that I could use my activity points if I went over my regular number of points. I saved my flex points for Sunday, when we went to Applebee's. I got the WW french onion soup, the WW quesadilla, and the WW raspberry cake. Later that evening, I had TWO slices of DQ ice cream cake. I also had another slice last night--and ended the week with flex points to spare. I'd planned what I was going to eat for a little over a week. This was very helpful, and I'm going to do it in the future. My wedding anniversary is June 14. That is also the day that my husband is going to adopt my daughter (from a previous marriage). We'll probably go out to celebrate with family and friends at a local Mexican restaurant. So, now I'm saving my points for those chicken fajitas! 297/255.5/
