Guest guest Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 Hi, folks, I'm kinda new here--de-lurking for the moment to share--someone asked a couple of days ago for a smoothie recipe, and here's one from back in the day when I did Atkins--but it works for WW, too: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup fruit (fresh or frozen) (raspberries, strawberries, whatever enough Crystal Light to cover the ingredients beat/blend till desired consistency 2.25 points enjoy-- Dana Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
