Called Meringue Nest, they are made with pure egg whites and sweetened. Used for things like fruit salad or other deserts, or whatever you fancy I guess. BUT here is the best part, I have never been able to find the meringue cookies that everyone talked about, and these can be eaten just like one. Talk about taming a sweet tooth. I sure do like the taste of them.. For anyone who hasn't seen these I got them at the Save Easy store. They say they are a seasonal thing, (just like the waffle bowls which they never got yet)..Sitting right up front on the end rows for advertising I suppose.. Nutrition Info: One Nest Calories = 59 Fat = 0 Exact Points = 1.18 They are a good size, just a tad over 3 inches around and just about 3/4 inches thick..with an indent for filling.
