I have made these several times this week for my family, who loves them.

Only problem is, I have found they cannot be made ahead of time. Even when I make them & they are eaten right away, I have noticed the bottom of the cup gets soggy.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what to do so these could be made at least 30 minutes or so ahead of time to serve? Thanks,

Sharon

Put a little ff ice cream in them and return them stright to the freezer. They're going to always get soggy, I'm afraid, but this will slow it.
