Guest guest
That's awesome Moe! I'm so glad you're finding a way to make this a way of life. It doesn't matter how fast you lose, but that you make healthy advances and when you fall off for awhile, you get right back on and learn from the experience. -----Original Message-----From: Adoption is an Option Sent: Friday, May 28, 2004 5:28 AMTo: Serious-Weight-Watchers Subject: I got Serious about WW this week WOW!! ( I have cheated and weighed early) I have lost 4 lbs this week already. I found out this week that my mom got her 'last' chemo treatment and did really well with it. She is done for now and goes back the end of June for the cancer test again and she will either be cancer free or she will start another treatment plan. Well I just all the sudden felt really great this week and have been very diligent in my points counting and excersising. So instead of goofing around with a 1/2-1 lb lost every other week. Or a loss, gain, loss, gain thing! I do sort of have a NSV (well sort of scale), I started WW on May 13, 2003 and I lost a bit more than 10% which is not a lot for some, but for me I am just thrilled that I have kept that weight off and not gained it all back and then some, even when I was an emotional wreck over my mother. I am just thrilled that I am learning these lifestyle habits and they are lasting. Even when I left for Texas for a month, with only enough time to throw clothes in a suitcase and driveaway, I did forgot all my WW stuff. I was able to wing it with what I had learned and by how I was living WW!!! Never before would I have done this. I would have just eating away.
