Weigh In Day

Well, today was my weigh in day here at home, and I am at 135, which is down a little (even with my cheat days, you guys know, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips LOL). I was at 139 yesterday, but ran 7 miles, and wasn’t' hungry for the rest of the night, I guess my body burned off most of what I ate for the day. Sooooo I am going to try to continue with the trend and see a loss next week. I am soooooo excited about getting my points counter and starter book, I think it will really help me stick with it if I know more about what I am doing.

On my very small frame I would be happy with 115, even a little more if I turn more muscular with my trianing. I just want to not look like my butt, thighs and stomache don't look like they have been atacked my a ball pin hammer. I want to wear a swimsuit, I want to look nice in what I wear. I am tired of being the girl that "would be so cute if only....." you know the drill.
