Guest guest Posted December 14, 2000 Report Share Posted December 14, 2000 Judy, No they don't and besides that I was laid off. They did pay me for two weeks sick leave though. There was only three employees there, the boss quit and the Saturday girl and I got laid off. They couldn't find anyone to do the bosses job for her pathetic salary, so they combined the jobs into one full time job with a receptionist (very crappy hours and pay.) Now they're sorry they did it. Anyway, I'll just have to start looking for work next week, sick or not and stay on the unemployment insurance. Jobs are not readily available here so I might not even get one until spring. Hopefully by then I'll be better. Hope you are feeling well and thanks for the suggestion. Take care, Elaine T.
