Guest guest
" Learned " long ago that running races and jogging produced these for Jan. He ran up and down 6 flights of stairs for 30 years - eager to get to his job, and just as eager to leave. Jan was still running daily when a broken hip put a halt to everything requiring leg movement plus control and balance. Must have activated pleasure zones. I could never get him to run a trash can to the curb. At this minute I am `puting, cooking, washing bedding and sniffing at Zen acceptance rather than the 2-day on, 1-day off tedious enema Do-do schedule. Although I am caregiver by choice, on cold wet mornings incapacitating minor illnesses demanding rest would be welcome. Never happens because chores would just pile up and only a major in the floor heart attack would initiate concern . Like the rest of you who keep on running fast so germies and exhaustion can't catch you, can we now look for, hope for endorphins as an attractive incentive? Didn't the psychiatrist surgeons implant pleasure probes in brains to stimulate happy feelings? Bye y'all. Have a wonderful day, weekend and MLK Holiday.
