How do you guys keep up with all these posts... wow.. everyone seems so helpful and encouraging... I need to check back here more often... Keep up the good work Ladies..Pray for me.. I weigh in tomorrow... I don't think I've been too bad.. but my body is at a stand still, I've lost 95 pounds with TOPS and 115 pounds all together... but I stil have pleanty to go.. so please Pray for me... I want to finally be the thin woman that I know I can be..
