Guest guest
I climbed the stairs right when I got home from the hospital. I took the advice of someone in this site about going upstairs backwards and holding a small pillow against my tummy. It worked! I would recommend that you do it this way. There was no pressure on my tummy at all. A post-natal belt or binder helps give support too then you wouldn't need a pillow if you had a binder. Mylena > My doctor told me I could go upstairs right away. I didn't much of a problem with the stairs; I just had to take them a little slower than usual for a few days.
