Guest guest
Hi friends I wanted to update you on my arm. It is not broken, but there is tendon damage. I have a splint that immobilizes my thumb and wrist. The doctor said to take it off at night, but put it on before falling out bed. This was after talking about Mattie and that both of us had seen three TV programs that mentioned mito in some way. I guess it is back to practicing with my left hand again. The splint is better than the immobilizer I had for my shoulder. laurie
Guest guest
Maggie I see the doctor in 4 weeks. I had a rotator cuff injury and surgery and had my right arm out of commission for months, so I have gotten fairly good at one hand typing - it just me longer. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Fri, 24 Sep 2004 05:06:20 -0000 > To: > Subject: Re: arm update > > Laurie, > Well, I think that's good news, that it's not broken. Guest guest
a Thanks for thinking of me. I wasn't real clear on my post, as even called to find out what it was all about. I had posted about the pain I was having due to driving my wheelchair. Once splinted, this has improved. I just which my bed rails would come, so I stay in bed instead of on the floor. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Fri, 24 Sep 2004 07:44:01 -0500 > To: > Subject: Re: arm update > > Laurie, > I must have missed the original post about your arm.
