it's so nice to be back among old & new friends! it's a long story how i got

bumped off, but i lost my entire address book, so if anyone wonders why i

have not responded, it's not cuz i didn't want to. i used to be anjilhug, i

know

a lot of you remember me. my name is jil, i am 51 yrs young, i have 2 grown

daughters, laurie-31 & leslie-28. i am in a wonderful relationship w/my best

friend, steven, of almost 13 yrs now, whom i met 6 wks after my 21+ yr

marriage ended. whoopee!! when i remember that i used to married, i feel happy

that

i'm not anymore. but that's another story.

i lost my job last year in mid october. a " restructuring " , so to speak.

yeah, right. 17 years of my life on that job. i try to put it all behind me &

not hold on to unhealthy feelings about the whole thing. i did the best i

could the entire time i was there. but after i was on disability & not feeling

100%, i must say, i really wasn't capable - anymore - of giving 100%.

i know you know what i'm saying. the hardest thing about not working is not

having that people contact, which i need to go out & find somewhere else.

also, having to pay $460/mo for health insurance is very hard, too. if anyone

has any secrets about this subject, i'd love to hear them. i am on social

security disability & that is all the money i'm living on right now (as well as

some help w/the mortgage pmt from my boyfriend, who lives here, too).

anyway, i just wanted to greet all my old & new friends here & let you know

i'm so happy to be back here. while i was away, i got some really nice snail

mail from jill, lana, cindy h, bonnie, barb & some new friends abroad. please

forgive me if i don't list your name here & you sent me something. i

should've kept a list going. but i would've lost it anyway. i'm so

unorganized!
