Florida DOES allow for medical exemption. I know .. I have an exemption

for my van.

A doctor's license number and info plus signature, is required to apply

for an exemption.

In Florida it cost me $6.60 for the exemption. The letter must be kept

inside the vehicle at all times.

Since the vehicle is registered to me, anyone who is driving my van can

NOT get into trouble for the tinting; but if the van is sold, the dark

tinting must be removed.
