A purebred anything (cats only) aren't that common in the shelters. Most

of the time they are older cats, that belonged to older people. Breeders

place the non-show/breeding quality with good pet homes. Most cats in

shelters are mixed breeds. Dogs are a whole different story! I'm glad

your baby has a great home.
