Guest guest
Thanks Molly! I felt really good on Christmas Eve and Day because I got so many complements. I am trying to focus on the positive of what I've done and not the last bit and the belly that I want to lose. I love homeschooling. I now also work part-time for another HS family. I go over 3 days a week and watch their 7 years old daughter in the afternoon and early evening. My 6 year son loves it. They are a part of the same homeschool group. I think the white kidney bean does work. It is not really that expensive either. Just take the weight loss day by day. You can do it, one day at a time. Also I forgot to add, I no longer beat myself up when I have a little slip. I allow myself to have a brownie on Christmas, and a few extra carbs (dressing). Then I got right back on the plan.
