I would wake up with them and then they would build throughout the day from there. Prior to that they had me on elavil which increased my jaw dislocation in my sleep, increasing the sleep apena which I was taking the medication for anyway, Of the three (ambian, elavil and tylenol pm) I find the tylenol pm to be the least invasive.
