Guest guest
If you like walking, but can't always get outdoors, there are some excellent walking videos you can buy. Sansone has many different walking videos to choose from. I have just a couple of her DVD's. Depending on what videos you get of hers, by the time you're done walking, you've walked anywhere from 1, 2, or 5 miles, etc. If you can't get her videos at the store, they're available online. I love these walking videos. Sometimes I just don't feel like going outside, and this way I'm getting the walking in, plus I feel like I'm walking with " others " . I don't have to do it alone! Just a suggestion. :-) Glen Whitcomb wrote: Hi! I hate to exercise, but when I was diagnosed with Type II, I became motivated to start walking. But, I became creative. Yes, I am a busy wife, mom, have 4 teenagers/young adults and work 25 hours a week on top of it. Maybe we could help you think of ways to get in walking without it being tedious. --------------------------------- Relax. Yahoo! Mail virus scanning helps detect nasty viruses!
