, I get my domperidone from a Canadian pharmacy - PeopleRx. I

did some research and have found this pharmacy to be one of the

cheapest. One of my docs also recommended this pharmacy so I tend to

Hi , I think it is a good idea to get the domperidone from

Hanna's site. As a Canadian, I have no trouble getting it the regular

way. One of the things that GPDA is working on, is to get domperidone

FDA approved in the US. It has been difficult in getting the

domperidone lately from Canada because Congress is trying to block the

importation of cheaper drugs from Canada. However, they have now

grasped the point that domperidone has to come from Canada, since it's

not available in the US and have made some adjustments in their

stance (made dom an experimental drug!). Unfortunately this new ruling

requires that docs fill in a lot of paperwork to obtain the dom and

lots of them aren't ready to do this.(although some pharmacies will

compound it for you) Go to www.gpda.net for more info on this

political situation and you can probab ly add your voice to the fray.

Has your daughter ever tried propusid (another drug that GPDA is

trying to free up for gp users- not everyone can use it due to

possible heart problems) My heart goes out to you and your daughter.

For other Canadian pharmacies to try for domperidone, try the yahoo

international gastroparesis site for a full list, Celia- (I beleive

you may be able to get it from Mexico without a prescription even-

some in Canada are like that too-, if you try on some of the Mexico

drug sites)
