At the orentation meeting, the teacher told us to go ahead and start Weight watchers or something, since we have to wait all the way until January for our classes to start. I was ahead already by starting WW in October. The first week of WW I lost 3.2 lbs and this week I lost one, which is good considering I had my period this week lol, ladies you know what I'm talking about =) One thing I changed is exersise! I'm doing it! I just walk in place durring my favorite TV shows, and today I did aerobic like excersize =) I earned 14 extra food points by just doing that!
