Guest guest
Ginny, Thanks for the idea's! I'll have to look when I get a little extra money....IF I ever do. I'm just hoping that my hands and fingers will let me still do them. My right hand will all of a sudden lose all of its everything, and if I'm holding anything in it, it hits the floor within seconds. My left ain't as bad yet.....thankfully. I'm thinking about trying to make another blanket from scraps like what I made Crystal when she was a baby. I bought the scraps that the sewing place had......I bought the quilted pieces already made, all I had to do was finish the edges, which I did by using yarn. I made some thinner ones by buying some thin material and batting, and just used yarn to sew them together. But, then I had to use Pliers......and had a good grip and muscle strength to be able to pull the yarn thru the material......but now I don't, so I doubt if I'd be able to. Oh well....I'll stick with the Cross Stitch! Tonia -------Original Message------- Tonia, Sometimes they sell cross stitching kits in walmart, kmart and target also. You cann pick up cheapper ones there and they have the pattern on them already. Look in the art section and where they sell fabric and baskets. They sometimes have bins of half priced items especially if the pattern has gone out of season...Hope you find something in your area..it's fun and keeps your mind of of the pain...Hope you are feeling better..Hugs..Ginny for more incredimail letters and psp 8 tubes www.tkpspsite.com ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
