Kate, you need to take 8 tabs a day to get the physiological amount

of cortisol, which is 20 mgs. I am also concerned that your

tiredness is more related to being underdosed with your thyroid

treatment, not your adrenals.

And by the way, are you taking adrenal support because you did the

24 adrenal saliva test? Give us your adrenal and thyroid labs plus

ranges.
