I bought a box today on my doctor's rec, and he said to take 325mg a day. Is that for real? The box says 65mg (1 tablet) is 361% daily rec amount, so 325mg would be 1805%! I'll call his office on Monday to double check, but I'm also interested in knowing what other people are taking for anemia.
