I'm sorry you are alone so much of the time. That must be so hard. My husband comes home every night. I don't know what I would do if he didn't open jars and do stuff for me. I give these pills to him wrappedin pieces of bread...I also give rudy, the 17 pound weenie dog, piecesof bread while I give the other meds...I use my right hand to give rudythe bread and my left hand to give the big dal his meds...well today, Igot confused and gave rudy the one from my left hand with the 1080 mg.of urocit K...I jumped to the floor to try to get it out of his mouthbut he swallowed it. I immediately called the vet...she said for me togive him one and one half tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide so he wouldvomit...and to repeat it after fifteen minutes if he still did notvomit...the first time did not work....the second time did...he threw upall this foam and the bread...I was so upset with myself...but they werebarking and jumping on me so I got confused...I almost poisoned myweenie dog that I love so much.You have to understand, I am alone here the great deal of the time.
