Guest guest Posted July 28, 2004 Report Share Posted July 28, 2004 I am not going to be at the conference but here is an idea for those of you wanting to meet and visit among yourselves. Most hotels will have small gathering rooms and since they are certain to be glad the conference is there they might open one up. If that is not possible agree to meeting in the lobby and order delivery pizza! If you clean up, maybe even take a large trash bag along, there shouldn't be a problem. Don't forget to take your own bottled water or favorite beverage since hotel drink machines are a HUGE rip off! I hope everyone has a wonderful time and fun memories to share.
