Guest guest
I can't imagine what the sleep test would be for. Do you have insomnia or sleep too much, too long? Sleep apnea? What? But that nurse was clearly out of line & insulting. Speed indeed!!!! First time I heard that one! But seems to be a popular opinion among medical practitioners from what I've read/heard lately especially directed at people who self-dose on natural thyroid they buy w/o Rx. They never mention that one could get heart trouble/attacks from NOT taking enough tho, do they? Yet we can & do. Caroline Re: Doctors!! I just about fell over today. The Endo called me to set up a sleep test at the Hospital! I don't have insurance, nor do I need this test. Then my Dr's nurse called me to just be nasty to me because I refused to go. I couldn't believe my ears!! She told me that Dr. Heavener is NOT going to give me any T3, period. She then made a remark to me that we would all like to pop some speed to get our housework done! SPEED??? I just want to be normal! I guess I will be looking for a new Dr., and probably self medicating myself. I got so upset with the nurse on the phone that I told her that I am not paying Thousands of dollars for a sleep test that I don't need, so I will just have to take things into my own hands. She told me that I might end up in cardiac arrest!! I would have went to my Dr. everyday if he wanted me to, to monitor me. But, NO, they think they are so right and we are so wrong! I am sooooooooooooooooooo upset. Now, where can I buy some Armour?? Sounds like everyone is having trouble getting it. :-(( Kathy
Guest guest
Medical practioners who think that way are all brainwashed, IMHO. It's like the AMA/Pharmaceuticals & government are all in bed with one another & want us all to be zombies so we can remain undereducated, brain-dead & be controlled. So the cocaine/speed comparison to a natural hormone is just part of the brainwashing. I pity them for not even trying to debrainwash themselves & use the intelligence & free will they were born with. They're worse zombies than those of us trying to learn something & help ourselves become more " human " again. Caroline Re: Doctors!! Amen ! One of my endo's told me that people wanted " cocaine " legalized so they could feel good too, as if there was a comparison of it and Armour and I just about died laughing! What putz's these Dr's turn out to be! SandyE~Houston
Guest guest
If this happened we'd see the biggest revolution in medicine ever. I'd LOVE to see ALL or most doctors go hypoT & have to figure out what's wrong & how to fix it & discover T3 or natural thyroid instead of synthetics is the answer. They or a close family beloved family member would have to have it in order to experience the problem & deal with it themselves. It's the only way, IMO. Caroline From: sandy >>> And for those that aren't hypo, I'd love for them to get hyperthyroidism that resulted in hypoT! I used to never wish this disease on anybody, but my views are changing the older I get. Dr's just don't understand what it's like to have to literally 'not be able to do simple things' and this disease does that and so much more! <<<
