Guest guest
Hi, I was taking Ambien and it worked great in the beginning. I would sleep and sleep deeply, and wake up feeling no hangover effects, but over a short period of time I had to keep increasing the medication to get the same effect. Eventually, I increased it too much and didn't realize it and I was told I was taking a toxic dose and it was causing some of the symptoms I was attributing to other things. I forget what those were as I stopped taking it over a year ago. I had a hard time stopping it but not for long. I am getting just as good a result with the Melatonin and have been taking that for 5 months with no problem at the same dose. Adam
Guest guest
I believe it is Ambien that with long term use can cause prostrate problems in men too. I think that is the same drug that is in Tylenol PM. My brother had been taking Tylenol PM for a long time and developed prostrate problems. Luckily, they caught it in time and he stopped the Tylenol PM and his problems resolved. The doctor said a lot of men aren't that lucky. adamm321@... wrote: >Hi, > >I was taking Ambien and it worked great in the beginning.
