Actually, Dawn. You didn't receive the virus from Mitoldies because MO is

protected from being able to send attachments. It sounds as if someone who is

in your address book has the virus and when they opened their mail, it shot out

the message to you from the group making it appear as if it came from Mitoldies.

These new worms are very, very powerful.

Recommendation to all... Set your virus protection to run daily. It would not

be a bad idea to update right now and then run it. I have my computer set to

run the the virus protection at the time of sign on automatically but I still

periodically go in and run it myself manually.

I did not get the message from MO which contained a virus. Did anyone else

receive the message that Dawn is referring to?

I just received an email from this group= , and it was not

even sent to email adress I use for the group. Weird. anyways, it

contained a virus and I deleted it. I have been receiving alot of

attached things that have been scanned and found to have a virus.

Anyone else going through this too?
