7 days post myo and bleeding alot--advice please

Hi all,

Looking for advice. I have a call in to my doc so waiting to hear from him. I

have soaked 5 pads in the last 24 hours. The first couple days I was home I was

only lightly spotting so Im worried. I thought the bleeding might be my period

as it was due but when I called the doc yesterday about that he seemed to think

it was just bleeding from the myo and normal. Also I quit taking my vicuprofin

as the pain hasn't been that bad and quitting the pills seems to have coincided

with the heavier bleeding.

Is this normal? or should I worry? I know they put a protective self-dissolving

barrier around my uterus after the operation to prevent adhesions so hopefully

blood isnt getting onto my other organs.
