TURTLED again at weigh on Tuesday night. That's 3 weeks at this same weight. I'd be thrilled... if I was a KOPS trying to maintain. My own fault though. I'm doing great on walking, but need to add some heart-rate raising workouts and control portions better.

heart raising stuff... you could go walking nekkid... If it were me walking, I think I'd run- not to mention how hard your heart would work cause you'd be terrified should anyone see you, and the running, LOL! But seriously, a turtle is good- don't be so hard on yourself. Walk about kick boxing? S. has a good one! Ordered it off her website cause the places I looked for it, well- there wasn't any. Or, do a run 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes-- make the walking different- YOU CAN DO IT!!!

thanks- it was the pound I gained last week, LOL. And our open house is in 2 days-- well, not a open house, but an information meeting. And we have 3 people from my church that are a FOR SURE thing! So the first meeting will be the 31st!!! Plus there are still 2 possibles, and I hung up flyers at s (a supermarket), the library (where we're having the meeting), and the Post Office. The meetings will be on Tuesday night's, it's a good night, lol, and at my house-- until we either get huge, or can find another place to do it. Yes- I'm doing a lot of subbing-- not today though, I'm sick. But I've been drinking a LOT of OJ, so hopefully I won't get too sick!! And you read my blog, HA! Yes, is a girl-- I wanted to make up names for everyone, just because, and her name is "tina" but she picked to be her screen name. The guys got a kick out of it. She's my one idaho friend- and her Christmas present was a TOPS membership. =-)
