My orginal posting was made on the 10th of Dec 2003 and posting number was 39211, this will serve as a reference point you each of you to find the posting. Anyone that wishes a copy of the guide all you will have to do is contact me at my email address and express you interest in the guide. I presently suffer from the hypermobility type of EDS and ever since my DX in 1999, I have made it a personal/professional mission to help others find the necessary information that a person may need to live a proactive and productive life during this journey. The Service Guide contains information on EDS such as the revised nosology 1997, EDS & the ER, a host of web links (284) to products, services and agencies that will be able to assist you during this journey called life with a syndrome/disability. I'm requesting this information so that I can keep a accurate track of who receives the adobe or hard copies of the service guide.
