Apply it veryvery very very thinly, just the tiniest lightest scraping to start with ok, so that you can easily see through it. for those not used to it, it is an aquired taste, if you find you don not like it on toast etc, add it to soups and stews for a flavour boost and vitamin E boost too (you loose the intense flavour in cooking with it). i like it but only thinly (my brother usedto eatit out of the jar with a spoon <shudder> Sharon > > Vitamins B and E are supposed to be VERY good for them, here in OZ > > Vegemite is said to be GREAT for nails (You eat it by the way). > > Vitamin E is great for nails, but it is also a blood thinner.
