Yes alkalyzing the body is very important. Some time ago I got a list of foods

(mostly veggies) that help to raise the alkaline levels. Celery juice is very

much one of those. I make my own juices. Also wheat grass juice or powder does

so. I buy that & drini it often. Kale & spinach are others. Whatever oxygenates

the body keeps it alkaline.

Tho I'm still very acid & know it & haven't the self-discipline to follow the

right diet anymore but doing so somewhat tho not nearly enough. In order to

de-acidify the body tho a person has to fast for a few days or week is

better...no food at all. Mostly water. I used to do that periodically.

Then start eating some leafy green veggies, mostly salads are best. Then try to

stay on an alkaline high diet, mostly raw veggies & fruits & continue to eat

that way most of one's life to stay mostly alkaline.

If we don't do that, we can expect to keep our diseases & get sicker until we

die. And that's the long & short of it. There's no other way.

Yes, and this was the first thing I also thought of when told me about

using this and similar products to alkalinize the system, partially through

the skin.

Most of us al have have PH that is way yoo low (acid) and therefore the

effort to alkalinize it to bring it back up to a normal healthy ph.
