Guest guest
Does mito often cause high cholesterol? Mine is high, but I haven't wanted to take statins (for the very reason listed below). When I mentioned alternatives (red yeast rice, etc) the doctor said they are just as bad as the drugs with regard to side effects. I'm not sure if the herbs would cause the depletion of CoQ10 - and I haven't seen any studies regarding this. Anybody have any insight on this? Guest guest
Maggie I, like , use the essential oils and this has worked better for me than the statins did when I took them. There is a list on the web site under files that tells of some of the meds and what they deplete. It is a list put out by my health insurance which really comes from Mayo Clinic. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Wed, 07 Jul 2004 23:39:41 -0000 > To: > Subject: Re: FW: Important Statin Drug Information > > Does mito often cause high cholesterol?
