Guest guest Posted January 24, 2004 Report Share Posted January 24, 2004 Well, I took a tumble in the middle of the night. I got up to go to the bathroom and tripped over the dog. On my way down, I kicked a laundry basket and took a chunk out of my toe (didn't know that part until I got up this a.m. with blood all over my foot!) I don't have a night brace yet for my detached foot so that ankle is pretty sore. It's a good thing I know how to fall and roll with it instead of trying to stop myself! I learned that trick a long time ago. The whole fall wouldn't be a big deal except that I have to go to the city today. Tom had to go to work so it's just me and the kids. That's the worse part. My kids are not used to being around a lot of cars so I have to really hold onto them... And I have to carry Liam a lot. It's going to be a long day. Hopefully, they are both in good moods today. Last time I looked it was -30*C, just to make it a little more fun, I guess! I hope everyone has a really good weekend. Sorry for all the whining today but there's no one around here to listen to me!
