After my sleep study I was invited to join a sleep workshop. The workshop

had a 90% success rate for stopping insomnia. In this workshop - that last

ten weeks - we recorded our sleep times and she denied us each a half hour

each week until we could have a full interrupted sleep; be it 4 hours or 8

hours. Then she began adding on some hours until one could find the right

time for them to be sleeping. On some of the people who had seasonal

insomnia she would have them either sit in front of a light box or go for a

walk which reset their carcadia (sp) rhythms and once done they were able to

go back to the right scheduale. I wonder if the time change has much to do

with this. Just a thought.
