Guest guest
Hi all I just got my Quest magazine today and there is an article that talks about research being done on Charcot-Marie Tooth disease. One form (2A) is thought to be due to a problem in the mitochondria. I'm thinking that this will filter in more money that may eventually help us. laurie
Guest guest
Laurie, Many of the MDA diseases are now being thought to be involved with the mitochondria including ALS so I feel very comfortable in saying that it won't be long before the MDA decides to put more money into the research of Mito. It just makes sense and they have a lot of research money. Alice
Guest guest
Alice I agree and I also think that Mattie will continue to bring mito to the for front. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Wed, 30 Jun 2004 20:33:41 GMT > To: > Subject: Re: research > > > Laurie, > > Many of the MDA diseases are now being thought to be involved with the > mitochondria including ALS so I feel very comfortable in saying that it won't > be long before the MDA decides to put more money into the research of Mito. > It just makes sense and they have a lot of research money. > > Alice > > > Medical advice, information, opinions, data and statements contained herein > are not necessarily those of the list moderators.
