What do you think of this? Of course this isn't fair unless they are reducing

the cost of the meter but to say this will stop offenders is absurd. Offenders

will just drop a coin in the meter to get closer parking anyway. Yikes..

someone who decided this is not disabled. It requires much more time to unload

and load disability equipment and we are naturally much slower in movement.
