Hi Bonnie,

My shoulder brace isn't on there, but I can tell you which one mine

is and give you a link to it and my knee braces if you'd like!

Both my shoulders are loose, but my right hangs way out of joint.

The ligaments and capsule are all stretched out and the ligament

across my chest attatching to the shoulder is to tight. This leads

to my shoulder being painful, lots of strain on the joint capsule, an

unstable shoulder, and my neck muscles having to compensate for

my 'not there' shoulder muscles. SO... the brace I have that helps

some (30-40%?) is the hemi shoulder sling HERE:

Now onto my knees... well both my knees have tight lateral reticulums

(s/p?) and both knee caps sublux daily. However neither knee cap

subluxed on x-ray, and the right didn't on scope so there wasn't much

for my OS to see to fix for me other than the resulting

chondromalacia. Oh yeah, and also my knees hyperextend with the left

more frequently than the right. I have a GREAT brace that works well

for me. It's the breg PTO (patellar tracking orthosis) brace. It's

for tracking problems and for hyperextending. Works for me

anyway!!! I've worn them for 2 yrs now.

Hope that helps someone!
