Thanks Laurie, I'm so glad that you have been able to find some

meds that are helping you and thanks for the other suggestions.

Alas, from what I have read, with my weird kind of mito ALL meds

(even mild OCR pain relievers) are thought to be potentially

dangerous, and my personal experience has born that out:-)....so

meds just aren't in the cards for me.

The perfect pain killing image for me would be to immerse my

body in 20 gallons of chocolate chip mint ice cream....like a

modern day (frozen) Cleopatra:-)

I try to stay away from pain meds, so thought you might be able to handle

different kinds.

I agree with the chocolate. My kidney doctor said that chocolate is high in

phosphorus. You can always say you have a deficiency.
